The FSEEF has been busy providing funding for worthy projects in our community. During the first quarter of 2009, the following funds have been dispensed into Simpson County.
Classroom of the Month--$250 stipend for use in classroom
January--Rose Hullet, FSMS
February--Beth Wright, SES
March--Jeremy Smith, FSHS
FSHS Swim Boosters--$375
FSHS--$2500 for Adobe Suite to be used district-wide
FSMS--$2700 for drum set to be used in music/chorus
FSMS--$500 for math manipulatives
FSMS--$525 for math department
F-S Softball Boosters--$150
F-S Baseball Boosters--$200
Imagination Library--$1500
FSMS--$1000 for leadership class video package
Project Graduation--$2000 ($1000 scholarship, $1000 donation)
We are fortunate to be able to assist these programs in providing opportunities for our Simpson County students!
