- maintain a 2.75 unweighted high-school grade point average,
- have a 90% attendance record for first two trimesters of senior year, and
- demonstrate leadership and involvement throughout their high-school career.
Applications may be obtained from the FSHS Counselors office in January.
The deadline for submission is in April. The exact date is on the application.
Finalists will be identified by the scholarship committee, who will notify finalists of interview schedule.
