Lincoln Elementary School Expands Robotics Program 2.12.13

FSEEF is pleased to announce an award of $4,700 to Lincoln Elementary School to expand and upgrade its robotics program. All students at Lincoln Elementary will have the opportunity to participate in this program that appies real world skills using STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). Students will complete multiple investigations involving scientific inquiry and guided research, problem solve, work in teams, and document what they have learned as they investigate how robots make decisions to navigate their environment. We look forward to a “sneak peak” at this program and the impact it will have on our students moving forward in math and science. Also, a huge thank you to the Lincoln Elementary School PTO for their commitment of $1,200 to this academically-oriented project!
